Are you insured and bonded?

Yes! Great question and it is a question you should ask anyone working on or in your property. We are fully insured not only for your peace of mind but because we’re working on your property and we respect that responsibility.

How do I know if I am having foundation problems?

Sticky doors, cracked brick veneer, and cracks in sheetrock are all signs of foundation problems.

What are some of the risks involved if I wait to correct a foundation problem?

To wait will cause further damage that will probably cost even more to repair.

Will my homeowner’s insurance cover the cost of the foundation repairs?

In some cases, the answer is yes. However, your claim will depend upon the insurance policy, the adjuster and whether or not you are having plumbing leaks. In most cases, insurance will only pay for foundation repair caused by water damage.

Do I receive a warranty? If so, how long does it last?

Yes! It is a hassle free warranty, and it is good for the area of the repair for the life of your home and transferable to the next owner for as long as they own the home.

How long does it take to have my foundation repaired?

In most cases, repairs take one to four days, depending on the size of the crew, the size of your job and depending on the weather.

What are some of the other problems that occur from an unleveled foundation?

Tilting floors, plumbing problems, and frame structure damage.

How do I know my foundation will not move even after I have repaired it?

The pressed piling system used by our company is virtually immune. to soil variations; therefore, it has a longer lasting stabilization effect Although during the summer months it is encouraged that, you follow the water maintenance program.

What is the difference between your system and some of your competitors?

We have worked with other systems (drilled pier, steel pilings, etc.) and have found that the concrete pressed pilings works far better. Let’s face it, as a contractor we do not make any money on go- backs, and the pressed pile system has worked best by far. We like that, and our customers like it better as well.

When should I do my landscaping repairs?

We do our best to minimize the damage to your landscaping; however, we are at your .property to repair your foundation, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee the life of any
vegetation or landscaping that has been uprooted.

What about our brick veneer?

Unfortunately, we do not replace brick; however, we do paint up between the joints to match mortar color as closely as possible to the original.
